North Gramercy Place in Hollywood, was once a designed turn-of-the-century neighborhood modeled after Gramercy Place, New York.
This beautiful ‘home’ is one of the last on the street, that was once, all spacious traditional California homes. Frank M. Tyler was the architect of this redwood Tutor-Craftsman mansion, with it‘s quarter sawn burl oak door veneers, it’s old growth redwood fascias and it’s sidewall shingle. We had some fascia wood problems that our epoxy injection system easily remedied.
