This 1920s multi-family Spanish-Mediterranean Revival, five building complex sits within the Harvard Heights Historical Preservation Overlay Zone (HPOZ) of Los Angeles. Each of the 152 wood double hung and swing windows were completely restored. This particular Spanish-Mediterranean architectural design, without the protective overhanging roof eaves of other designs, leaves the windows exposed to both the sun and rain continuously. When the windows work again, everyone is smiles
