The intoxicating views into the Elysian Park area of Los Angeles, from this Schindler designed home, use everyone of his trademark steel casement windows. These steel casement and fixed windows require a completely different restoration prodigal than wood casement bay, or double hung windows. There was a de-lamination of the exterior plywood side walls, that was resolved with epoxy injection techniques.
